Account Executive (NYC)

We are searching for an Account Executive who loves to work hard and play hard. They can deliver the work, and are able to effectively manage marketing executions rooted in digital, but can expand into other channels as needed. The Account Executive is vital to the brilliant execution of marketing campaigns through the effective use of agency process and communication.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understand and appreciate brand insights, customer segmentation, and target needs and assists in the development of thoughtful and strategic marketing plans and executions
  • Work effectively with our cross-departmental team to deliver top-notch work, while managing internal and client expectations appropriately
  • Collaborate with agency partners to drive integrated creative strategies
  • Successfully manage multi-channel marketing programs (targeted communications, site development, digital marketing, platform/partnerships)
  • Deliver effective oral presentations (over the phone and in person) with professionalism
  • Create dependable, organized, and clear communications at all levels and across all departments
  • Establish trust-based client relationships by effectively and accurately conversing with clients and delivering against their objectives & needs
  • Proactively problem solves with oversight from manager
  • Orchestrates partnerships with internal teams to manage priorities, schedules, and deliverables
  • Deep understanding of agency process, departments and how to effectively get work done on time and on budget

Experience Required:

  • Four year degree
  • 1-5 years experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of delivering top-notch digital work (award-winning a plus!)
  • Has executed cross-channel marketing campaigns (OLA, Site, Social, Mobile, Print, Email, DM etc.)
  • Has participated in the development of a website redesign
  • Ability to consistently perform & keep cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment both as an individual contributor, as well as an individual in a team environment
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Office
  • Understanding of analytics, tracking and KPI’s for client business
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client-service orientation and team player attitude
  • Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
