AMP Agency is seeking a Content Creator/Copy to join our Boston-based Content Studio team. If this is you, you will develop compelling, action-inspiring content for a variety of leading national brands in the agency’s portfolio. From concept to completion, you will be the single point of contact for all copy-related aspects of your projects, which will range across formats and media including social, web content, display, blog, articles and white papers. In addition to being an integral part of the Content Studio team, you will work frequently with multi-disciplinary experts across our Strategy, Social and Integrated Media teams.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary copy lead on all client initiatives across a mix of digital projects spanning various clients/audiences/verticals.
  • Craft copy to effectively communicate and sell the concepts, both internally and externally.
  • Ensure a consistent brand story – visuals, voice – across all efforts.
  • Understand and deliver on SEO best practices
  • Ensure conceptual and quality alignment with senior Creative leads.
  • Ideate and implement monthly content and short-term campaigns to drive engagement and achieve established success metrics.
  • Work with Content Studio partners to develop monthly social content calendars.
  • Stay current on new social media content best practices
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop ideas into program executions.
  • Build strong internal relationships with Account, Media, Social, Technology and Strategy teams
  • Handle Community Management responsibilities, when necessary

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in an ad agency or marketing firm, or within a corporate advertising department (strong portfolio or professional and/or speculative creative work required with examples of writing/thinking to demonstrate abilities)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and digital marketing trends.
  • Obsessive attention to detail
