The Media team is responsible for the strategy, planning and implementation of all paid (traditional, interactive, search) media programs for clients. The Media intern will research, plan, buy, construct and maintain various campaigns across multiple media channels. The team is proud to offer a wide variety of clients with varying yearly objectives and success metrics that will provide you with a well rounded experience in the ad industry.


  • Use Google’s Double Click Digital Marketing platform to traffic campaigns and pull weekly or monthly reporting metrics.
  • Post and promote monthly social content for clients and optimize while live.Assist media team by organizing and monitoring media proposals from partners.
  • Use PowerPoint/Google Slides to create campaign/monthly wrap up reports.
  • Work with research programs including Forrester, ComScore, MRI and Kantar to build out a media landscape that will provide direction and insight during media planning.
  • Sit in on sales rep meetings and client calls.


  • Moderate to high level of experience with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Participate in a variety of social communities and assist in digital content syndication and distribution for clients.
  • Some knowledge of the promotional/non-traditional marketing space, specifically with event marketing, mobile marketing, field marketing, and retail promotions
  • Ownership of projects/ deliverables and ability to work effectively within teams and with vendors
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual in a team environment
  • Additional duties, as assigned.
