Search Coordinator (NYC)

The Search Coordinator will work closely within our Search client teams supporting the Account Supervisor and Specialists with the day-to-day management of search and/or SEO campaigns and delivering strong business results. This person would be responsible for supporting and executing paid search and SEO strategies for a diverse list of clients. To be successful in this position, an individual must be able to shift focus to different types of projects, a quick learner, proficient with Excel and be able to work productively with various team members with minimal supervision.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in the strategy development and execution for all search campaigns
  • Contribute to competitive analyses – brand positioning, product portfolio & pricing, distribution channels, current search landscape and marketing mix
  • Drive the execution of paid search and SEO marketing programs to meet client needs
  • Manage implementation of program and strategy to ensure adherence to defined timeframes and budgets
  • Manage budgets across multiple paid search program and develop forecasts for planning
  • Participate in strategy brainstorming and the presentation of program recommendations to clients
  • Identify SEO tactics that are relevant and appropriate to client needs
  • Prepare, analyze and present performance reports for clients to measure the value/impact of programs
  • Consistently demonstrate thought leadership and a drive to further knowledge in search and digital marketing

Required skill-sets:

  • 1 year experience 
  • BA in Marketing or related field
  • Possess a general understanding of search engine marketing and other digital marketing channels
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Consistently performs under pressure in a fast-paced environment and works well on a team;
  • Basic understanding of keyword research and search/SEO best practices
  • Extremely organized with a high attention to detail
  • Expresses oneself (in writing and verbally) clearly, concisely, and thoroughly
  • Demonstrated interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and the digital marketing
  • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript a plus
