We are searching for a rock-star Senior Account Executive with a specialty in Social, who can successfully lead clients, drive positive business outcomes, bleeds innovative thinking and loves big creative ideas. If this is you, read on! The Senior Account Executive role is a key client facing position that is focused on driving social activations for a well-known brand. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Deeply understand the social landscape and develop thoughtful and strategic social marketing strategies, plans and executions.
  • Inspires, leads and motivates junior members of team including community managers.
  • Demonstrates agility in constructing insightful, meaningful real-time dialogue with clients – about the work as well as their business.
  • Partners with Analytics team to thoughtfully report on social KPIs while making actionable recommendations, as well as developing test & learning agendas.
  •  Directs all aspects of client business from concept through execution with attention to quality and detail.
  • Creates dependable, organized, and clear communications at all levels and across all departments.
  • Frames key issues facing the clients and develops recommended approaches.
  • Orchestrates partnerships with internal teams and external agencies to manage priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Accurate financial management of client business from scoping to forecasting and budget reconciliation.
  • Professionally manages client, feedback, direction and expectations that results in trust-based client relationships and YOY revenue growth.
  • Support Senior Management in new business opportunities and industry wide events.

Experience Required:

  • Four year degree
  • 3-5 years social experience
  • Proven track record of delivering top-notch social campaign work (award-winning a plus!)
  • Has executed high-impact social marketing campaigns that have exceeded client KPI’s.
  • Proficiency in interpreting data to formulate inspiring insights that drive business change.
  • Proven ability to evaluate creative against strategy and drive innovative thinking.
  • Ability to consistently produce results under pressure in a fast-paced environment both as an individual contributor, as well as an individual in a team environment.
  • Proficiency across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Brilliant verbal and written communication skills – can command a room.
  • Previous management or leadership experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, initiate change, and collaborate across groups.
