The Digital Delivery Manager is the primary point of coordination between internal stakeholders and client. The Delivery Manager is organized, efficient, a great communicator and master facilitator. 

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Be an Advocate for the client & Advantage Media

  • Keep team members motivated, resolve conflicts and make suggestions in order to keep projects moving
  • Report and escalate roadblocks to management as needed
  • Maintain information within Hubspot or Like Platform on Client data
  • Provide outstanding customer service by establishing excellent working relationships with clients

Project / Campaign Oversight:

Ensuring clients & in-house teams work together fluently, and everyone has what they need.

  • Develop timelines and communicates effectively between team members to achieve goals by deadline
  • Oversee approvals from Client.
    • Example: Shepard the creative approval process including Legal, Brand, and Stakeholder approvals
  • Gather requirements for each project (digital assets, brand guidelines, influencer questionnaires, creative briefs, etc.)
  • Review, proof and edit all client facing materials and communications as secondary check to ensure quality


Deliver campaign results / outcomes in support of sales confidently and with professionalism.

  • Deliver timelines and key milestones
    • Resolve conflict with timelines and manage client expectations
  • Obtain necessary data from operations to provide regular status reports for projects to Clients  (Snapshots & Email Updates)
  • Performance Reports:  At month end and/or campaign end, obtain data from Operations for digital campaigns to develop performance reports – for delivery to clients.   Strategy group can support as necessary.
  • Work to resolve any identified inconsistencies in reporting or delivery metrics

General Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Experience Working with Small to Medium Size Brands in an PM Capacity
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Team Player, With the Confidence to Take the Lead When Necessary
  • Passion and Intellectual Curiosity for Digital Marketing Strategy  
  • Demonstrated Self-Starter
