Part UX designer, part developer, part strategist, a Product Manager understands how to match user needs with business needs, how to balance client needs with team needs, and most importantly how to lead a team to deliver the best possible product to our client’s users.

As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Conduct research, interviewing clients, business stakeholders, and end users to understand and identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, validate and deliver solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Work with clients teams and internal teams to document, communicate, and track progress against product requirements
  • Partner with project management to aid in scoping and understanding dependencies in work streams
  • Motivate cross-functional teams of developers, visual and ux designers and  to achieve best-in-class solutions for clients. Contribute to a fantastic working environment for the team.
  • Work closely with project management team members to secure and plan resources to deliver excellent products



  • 5+ years of experience
  • Experience working on small and large scale digital products
  • Strong understanding of web and app technologies
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Can work in agile, waterfall, or mixed development environments, always pushing for faster delivery and jumping in when necessary to help.
  • Understands customer funnels, A/B testing, and how to draw insights from business data.
  • Understanding of lean methodologies, continuous delivery, and scrum is useful.
  • Has a positive attitude and drive to make things better in everything you do
