We are looking for a Media Ad Operations Coordinator to join our NYC office.


The Media Operations Coordinator will help create, troubleshoot, implement and support day-to-day execution across all digital media partners, video platforms and standard broadcast schedules. The Media Ad Operations Coordinator is responsible for the development and QA’ing activity across all digital media and broadcast channels. The Coordinator will be the liaison between third-party vendors and the paid media teams at AMP, being the point of contact for troubleshooting and monitoring campaign implementation as well as site tags.


This position requires that the candidate be a self-starter, extremely organized, detail oriented and highly motivated. The successful candidate will also possess the ability to effectively juggle multiple priorities and campaign types while managing client expectations, timelines and coordination between various resources.


Responsibilities Include: 

  • Assist media planning & buying teams in the development and QA’ing trafficking details for all campaigns across digital and broadcast
  • Responsible for campaign set up and maintenance while creating media pixels for tracking web activity within digital campaigns in DCM, GTM and Extreme Reach
  • Utilize digital systems such as DCM, Google Analytics, Facebook, etc. as well as broadcast trafficking systems such as Extreme Reach
  • Work with internal teams and third-party vendors to troubleshoot any campaign delivery issues, specifically with tags not firing, load errors, click through problems, etc.
  • Issue hold and order communication to key vendors, develop buy authorizations and insertion orders via broadcast buying systems
  • Actively monitor stewardship, deliver tracking reports and supply post-buy details (for broadcast) to align with client needs
  • Distribute, modify and oversee advertiser campaigns to certify delivery of established client goals and network guarantees
  • Communicate/implement updates to creative rotations or message allocations based on client schedule needs while monitoring campaign delivery
  • Maintain invoice clearing and client billing, including discrepancy reconciliation while ensuring accurate record keeping and financial tracking



  • Bachelor’s Degree required in related field
  • 1-2 years of related media/ad ops/trafficking experience or internship at a media agency
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Experience with creating tags with digital ad serving platforms such as DCM, Flashtalking, Sizmek, etc.
  • Familiarity with broadcast trafficking systems such as Extreme Reach
  • General knowledge of industry tools such as MediaOcean/Prizma, Strata, Nielsen, etc.
  • Familiarity with media buying terminology and buying models such as CPP, CPM, TRP’s/GRP’s, CPC, CPA, etc.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills and strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Exhibits interest in keeping up with emerging technologies and marketing trends
  • Demonstrates ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual on a team
  • Aptitude to analyze data and deeply understanding of measurement practices, 3rd party measurement companies and web analytics
